What an easy receipe to fill these
adorable apothecary jars with.
Your guests will be delighted and suprised
with this truffle favorite.

WHO DOESN'T LIKE OREOS?

Easy Oreo Truffles

What You Need

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg.  (1 lb. 2 oz.) OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 4-1/4 cups), divided
2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Make It

MIX cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended.

SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

How to Easily Dip Truffles
To easily coat truffles with the melted chocolate, add truffles, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll truffles in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove truffles with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place truffles on prepared baking sheet; let stand until firm.

Special Extra
Sprinkle truffles with colored sugar or sprinkles in addition to, or in place of, the cookie crumbs.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

Are you a DIY Bride or Party Hostess?

These bottles will make a great favor or souvenir gift for your guests
filled with infused oil.  Everytime they use this delightful gift
they will be reminded of your special day or event.

Receipes follow below

Infused Oils

Place herb or spice in a heavy saucepan; add one cup canola oil (canola oil has no flavor and stays liquid in the refrigerator making it perfect for infusing). Warm over low heat, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Cool overnight.

Pour through a fine wire-mesh strainer, discarding solids. Cover and refrigerate up to two weeks. Don't use infused oils for frying. If heated, the flavor compounds can break down and become bitter. Add them at the end of cooking or in cold dishes.

* Savor them at their simplest as a dip for French bread.
* Drizzle any herb-infused oil over tomatoes.
* Toss cooked pasta or rice with any infused oil.
* Brush fish or chicken with infused oil before grilling.
* Drizzle over popcorn for a distinctive snack.

Basil Oil: Use 1 cup chopped fresh basil.
Mint Oil: Use 1 cup chopped fresh mint
Dill Oil: Use 1 cup chopped fresh dill.
Oregano Oil: Use 1 cup chopped fresh oregano.
Thyme Oil: Use 1 cup chopped fresh thyme leaves.
Chive Oil: Use 1 cup chopped fresh chives; reduce oil to 3/4 cup
Sage Oil: Use 1/2 cup chopped fresh sage.
Rosemary Oil: Use 1/2 cup chopped fresh rosemary.
Black Pepper Oil: Use 1/2 cup coarsely ground black pepper.
Ginger Oil: Place 1/3 cup chopped fresh ginger in a heat-proof container. Heat oil, and
    pour over ginger.
Chile Pepper Oil: Crumble 2 dried red chile peppers, and place in a heatproof container.
Heat oil, and pour over chiles.

Just as a Butterfly's wings are delicate
So is our love.

We must work together to
Build a strong foundation.

As we flutter through life
One that will keep us together, forever.

Just as a butterfly spreads it wings
My heart was opened by you.

You fill my soul and make it sing
Without my life would be blue.

As we wed today
and spread our wings to fly away
With you is where I'll always stay.
