While we do strive to provide quality products and reliable services, A Thank You Favor does not guarantee any product or service offered by a third party. Each shopper should use his or her best judgment. A Thank You Favor is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from any product or service listed on this, referred by or connected to this site. (This includes all listed products, including but not limited food products, services and links to third party sites.) A Thank You Favor is not liable for any damages arising from the downloading and installing of software, owned or operated by any third parties in connection with this site.
Due to a high turnover in the warehouses, we can't guarantee the availability of any product. Also, please note that due to product availabilities, we reserve the right to make any necessary substitutions for the value of the order such as peppermint candies, bows and ribbons, lollipop flavors, etc.

If you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets canceled), we will take back the merchandise up to 30 days after the date that we ship it. We do not accept returns of individual pieces or partial orders.
The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise (only-round trip freight must be at your expense). Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, samples are available for the favor, or on any personalized items. This policy applies only to complete orders. Please take photos of your damage product(s) to prove your claim. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders. You must request an RMA number from our Customer Care Center by submitting the form below. You must send your package back via UPS with delivery confirmation receipt so that we can insure proper credit to your account.
Cupcake Wrappers - There are no returns on cupcake wrappers.
Food items and personalized items are non-returnable - non-refundable as they cannot be resold.
Any products used for holding favors such as candy, etc - There are no returns or refunds on these items as they are used to hold food products and cannot be resold.
If you took advantage of our "free shipping" special offer, please note the original shipping costs will be re-applied to your order if you choose to return the merchandise and will be deducted from your refund.
We must be notified first before returning any items. Request for damages and returns must be submitted as follows. All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with A Thank You Favor within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please photos of the damage to prove your claim. Please email our customer service department to initiate a claim. Please note that A Thank You Favor is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS). However, A Thank You Favor will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. The claim can take up to 10 business days and if approved by the shipping carrier, a refund will be issued. If the claim is not approved by the shipping carrier, no refund will be issued.
Should a Call Tag be issued to pick up items from you and the shipping carrier (i.e., UPS, FedEx) is unsuccessful in doing so, you will be charged the full amount for that merchandise.
Unclaimed and Refused Shipments Unclaimed shipments that are returned to A Thank You Favor will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to A Thank You Favor's error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to A Thank You Favor will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.
Request for Change of Shipping Address If there is a request for an address change once the order has shipped, customer will be responsible for UPS intercept fees.
Missed Events We do not offer refunds on missed events. It is the customer's responsibility to read the product webpage in its entirety and processing times are stated. Please allow enough time for processing and shipping before your event.

How do I place an order at A Thank You Favor?
When you have decided on a favor that you'd like to purchase, click on the Add To Cart button. This will store your choice in your Shopping Cart. If you would like to buy more than one of your chosen item, type the number in the Quantity box of the Shopping Cart and click on Update Total. If you would like to remove an item from the Shopping Cart, click your cursor on the grey X Box next to the item. If you would like to browse for more favors, click on More Shopping. Any items you currently have in your Shopping Cart will remain there until you decide to purchase them and check out.
Confirm Your Delivery Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you have chosen the desired shipping method. Orders exceeding $300 in total must only be shipped to the billing address on your credit card (due to Fraud); otherwise the order will be cancelled. No alternative shipping address will be accepted in this matter.
What Information Do You Collect From Me?
When you make a purchase with A Thank You Favor, you submit your name, email address, and delivery address. This information allows us to fulfill your orders and to contact you should the need arise. You can change or modify your information at any time by logging into "My Account" with your email address and password that you registered with at time of purchase. Information gathered on this site will only be used for delivery of your items. We may need to share your name and address with vendors in order to have specialty items delivered directly to you. Your information will NEVER be made available to third party companies other than those directly involved with delivering your items and NEVER sold to mailing list distributors. What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please be advised that your credit card must be charged first before your order is shipped.
Is Shopping On Your Site Secure?
Yes of course! Our site is 128-bit encrypted using SSL protection, this makes your account details safe and secure. All credit card information is processed through our secure, fraud resistant payment gateway and no credit card information is ever stored in our site database. You are responsible for keeping your Username and Password safe to prevent unauthorized access to your Customer information.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
You may select an option of delivery (Standard, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight). You have the option of having it delivered Express in 1-2 days in the 48 State Continental America or take the default cheaper option and receive the goods in 4-10 days in Continental America. Delivery times are based on how long it takes after it leaves our hands. The time it takes to process the order, usually 1-3 days, should be added to the delivery time. Longer processing times, for personalized items and such, will be shown in the items description.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, A Thank You Favor will send an email containing UPS delivery and tracking information. We only take orders from the internet. We do not accept phone orders.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, A Thank You Favor only ships within the U.S. We have several vendors outside of the US, but we only ship to and within the U.S.
What if my package does not arrive in time due to a UPS delay?
A Thank You Favor cannot be liable for delays in delivery due to weather, or other unforeseen problems. Please choose the appropriate UPS shipping method during check out and, if possible, allow extra time to help avoid these issues.
Some occasional damage is inevitable. Please take photos of the damaged product(s) to prove your claim. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event. **Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt!!!** If an order needs to be returned due to damage in shipping or an error made on our part, we need to be contacted within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise to issue a return authorization so that we can immediately file a damage claim with the shipper and so we can offer an exchange for the correct product or a full refund. A RMA number must be obtained from our Customer Care Center by submitting the Returns Request From which can be found in the Returns and Damages Page.
How Do I File For A Claim for Missing or Damaged Items?
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with A Thank You Favor within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please take photos of the damaged product(s) to prove your claim. Please call our customer service department or email us to initiate a claim. Please note that A Thank You Favor is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS and FedEx). However, A Thank You Favor will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. This may take up to 10 business days. If the claim is approved by the shipping carrier, a refund will be issued. Non-personalized products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
How Do I Change or Cancel My Order
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.
Can I see a proof of my order?
We do not provide proofs for stock designs on our web site. All web images are representative of the finished products.
What About Sales Tax?
A Thank You Favor charges 7% sales tax for the State of Florida.
